This policy applies to products purchased directly from VELPUR®, including watch straps, strap accessories, replacement parts, and related products.
Processing Time
We process orders within 2–3 business days from our Spain warehouse.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or unexpected operational delays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our Spain warehouse or from one of our fulfillment partners, depending on product availability, destination, and logistics requirements.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.
Normal delivery generally takes up to 7 business days after dispatch.
During periods of high demand, product launches, sales, holidays, or increased order volume, delivery may take up to one additional week beyond the normal estimated delivery time.

Undeliverable Packages

Depending on the situation, we may offer reshipment, refund, or store credit.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable if the package could not be delivered due to incorrect customer information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
